Return Policy

At MW2000, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item was received defective, damaged, or malfunctioning.

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

  • The return request is made within seven (7) days from delivery or installation.

  • The product must be in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

MW2000 reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used improperly, damaged by the customer, or modified.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Filters and consumable parts once opened or installed.

  • Products purchased through third-party resellers or distributors.

Installation and Service Concerns

Since our water purifiers may require installation and service:

  • If a technical issue occurs after installation, please contact our service team.

  • Our technicians may inspect, repair, or replace defective components under warranty where applicable.

  • Installation fees may not be refundable once the service has been completed.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Shipping, delivery, and installation fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by MW2000.

Exchanges

If a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect:

  • We may offer a replacement unit or component of the same model.

  • If the same model is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions or schedule a technician visit.
